4. Restaurant Responsibilities

Restaurants using SafeBite are responsible for:

• Accurately marking allergen information for their menu items
• Keeping menu information up to date
• Ensuring compliance with local food safety regulations
• Providing accurate contact and location information

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SafeBite or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SafeBite, even if SafeBite or a SafeBite authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. SafeBite cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.
